30 years in tech, and I still feel like a student

On February 5, 1995, I stepped into the corporate world, unaware of where the road would take me. Since then, every opportunity, challenge, and relationship has been a stepping stone in my learning.

Lessons That Shaped Me

🔹 People, Process & Technology – I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have mentors who taught me that success isn’t just about technology but about the people who build it and the processes that sustain it.

🔹 Solving Problems, Not Counting Hours – I’ve always believed in a simple principle: “If you see a problem, fix it.” I never turned my back on challenges, even when they weren’t mine to solve. The toughest problems have been my greatest teachers.
