Life, however, had other plans.

Within days, I received a call from my friend Dr. Gaurav – ambica Khanna ji was organizing a trek to these very places and trip also included visit to Kasar Devi. There was no overthinking. I booked instantly.

What followed was not just a journey through the Himalayas… but a journey inward.

And what truly made this journey extraordinary was traveling with the masters – Dr. Newton Kondaveti and Dr. Lakshmi Newton – whose presence and guidance during meditations added a depth that is hard to describe.
